I definitely feel her on that. I just finished it and it is for sure a bittersweet feeling. It’s probably my all-time favorite show and now there is no more “new” show of it for me ever.

Not that I love my dog more than my kids, but you can be silly and affectionate and goofy with a dog in a way that you mostly can't with teenagers. Plus, the dog will always seek your approval and happiness, which teenagers just won't, lol.

Crumbl cookies are awful. The taste, texture, flavors--nothing about them is good.

LOL, my gmail address is just my name with the numeral "1" after it and I've had a lot of younger people be like, "wow, you must have gotten this early!" Such a nice way of calling me old 😆

I miss this show SO MUCH. What a wasted opportunity. It's up there with Pushing Daisies for me in terms of cancelled shows that made me want to never start watching another new show ever again :/

It's supposed to mimic a summer village fête--the first season got deep into the history of British baking. And the show originally moved locations for each episode. The bakers made a food from each region they visited (like scones in Scotland, pudding in Bakewell, pasties in Cornwall, etc.).

And now I know why they’re in a tent! 😅
