Almost all Brooklyn Heights precincts voted Mamdani or Lander in the primary - see NYT map. Not sure this changes your overall analysis later down in the thread for "blue" neighborhoods, but the underlying data doesn't match up here. www.nytimes.com/interactive/...

Anecdotally, seems like big % of young, high-spending Asian population in Downtown BK's towers, somewhat similar to LIC. You already see restaurants there that you wouldn't find in any of the surrounding brownstone neighborhoods.

Yeah not sure what that's about. It's not all of the Montague ones, just a few by Clinton and another couple down by the Cat Cafe...maybe moving them to fit into the new streetscape plan?

No they're swapping out cobra poles for the bishop crooks. They swapped the southern 1/3 of the neighborhood a few years ago, that's where you see the ones already in place. Now they're doing central 1/3 of the neighborhood.
