I'm not blaming them for losing, I'm saying they need to change their ways if they want to win back the lost seats and they need to adapt over the next 4 years if they want to accomplish any goals.

Democrats are too soft. They need to face the fact that they are not playing against a team with the same set of rules and they need to adapt to accomplish anything. If they don't, the next 4 years will be used to set up a long, and ugly run of republican control.
