Plotter, pantser, or plantser? I have a general idea of where I want the story to go and usually a solid idea of the MC, but then I pants the rest. If I try to restrict myself with an outline, my muse rebels.

Good advice: Show, don't tell. Read everything. Take time to observe the world.

Bad advice: Write daily. (You don't have to write every day. What they mean is keep a schedule. I keep weekends for family & errands.)
