Oh I completely agree, we all want that. Certainly not defending Frank - just looking forward to the calibre of manager that would be willing to take this role now! It’s not attractive proposition to have a relegation on your record.

Great, you can talk about previous achievements and lofty ambition of fans, and the whether we’re a top tier team but the reality of it is we’re pretty close to playing Lincoln at their world famous LNER stadium in the league next season! Prides got nothing to do with it.

We’ve literally finished one place above relegation zone last season, and desperately close to going down this, mid-level is quite honestly being generous!

Isn’t De Zebri the opposite of that, in respect that he’s done relatively well at all the clubs he’s been at regardless of club stability? Sassuolo being an example of over achieving at a less stable club? It’s more his moral approach to player recruitment that’s a huge concern.

It’s the shear arrogance that blows my mind, they’re so unbelievably confident we won’t go down that there’s no need to bring in any additional players.
I can’t imagine uncle Joe will be too happy his multi billion dollar asset will lose half its value if we go down. Doesn’t make any sense.

At this stage we’ve just got to hope the teams below us are slightly more hopeless than we are. Given we’ve not beaten West Ham, forest, wolves etc I’m not hopeful! I’m not entirely sure where the next win is coming from.
