New U of MN data show weekly increase of 50% in COVID-19 levels in Minnesota's wastewater, incl +76% in Twin Cities

New (but lagging) MN Health Dept data does not (yet?) show increases in hospital admissions or deaths

COVID-19 levels measured in Minnesota's wastewater have been relatively flat recently, but are not as low as I would have guessed given how low hospitalizations have been recently

(New data via U of MN just now updated on www.apmresearchlab.org/covid/mn-key...)

Minnesota: So far we only have #jobsreport data thru Feb 12, but so far cuts in federal jobs here are not huge in number

Table from the article below also shows that about 2/3rds of the federal government jobs located in MN are in the Twin Cities metro

More to come on this over the next few months

Today's Minnesota Health Dept data release confirms last week's trends

🤒Flu & RSV season are really winding down in MN, now causing same number of hospital admissions as in early-mid Dec.

😷COVID admissions also remain low
