Well, of course that's the idea - the problem is that most folks just accept things on their face and don't think of the PR value (positive or negative). Being from the 60's, we hade "black and I'm proud".

Many things can be true at once. However, when many elections are won by tiny margins, wedge issues are the reason one way or the other. I am not claiming it's right...but that makes no difference. I've heard it said out loud too many times to dismiss it.

What I mean is that now, since Pride is a thing, we've seen a vast increase in "Pride" among straight men....which has not been a good thing, IMHO. Yet who can blame them for wanting to be accepted as their historical gender role (strong, fight, silverback, etc.)?

There is a fairly large subset of D voters who do not want locker room or pro sports changes. Moreso in Swing states. Many aged POC churchgoers....voted Trump due to T issue.

I was lucky enough to never work for anyone...so, in a sense, I never had to group think. I also had a wise father...who had every saying in the book. "put the shoe on the others' foot" covers most all human relations.

I was reading about the whole "neurodivergence" thing...turns out the definition (word didn't exist under about 200) means nothing like what folks ID it with.
It means what you say - in a sense....EVERY single brain is different. No one is "neurospicy". Made up stuff.
