Meat-free, bone-free Bak Kut Teh! Instead of pork, I used:
🥕 Carrot
🫛 White radish
🍄 Shiitake mushrooms
🍄 Shiitake stems (aka vegetarian lamb!)
🟡 Fried tofu puffs

To spice it up, added extra black pepper to give it a wilder, richer taste! 🌶️🔥
