Apparently my comments to nurses of TikTok about their “diagnosing” trump based off a couple of photos has annoyed some. There are 61 responses. I haven’t actually opened the app to see. Especially the one who called it terminal.

I’m really tired of all the nurses diagnosing Trump based off a photo. CVI and CHF are two separate conditions. Intertwined yes, but separate and in some cases overlapping. It’s ok to have your own thoughts but posting serves no purpose.

Damn. Even with insurance cancer is expensive. I’m rapidly approaching my out of pocket expenses. At this rate I might actually have enough for tax deduction. This is how people go bankrupt.

The reason DOGE has been so effective in shaking and breaking is there has been no practical transparency in these agencies. Every penny (other than valid black spending) should be on a web page that anyone who wants can see exactly where $ is going.

Procalcitonin- the more we learn, the less we love it 💔

▪️94% of non-septic AKI pts had a Pct >0.5 prior to commencing CRRT

▪️Even using a threshold of >3.2 the specificity was only 38% 🗑️

“Pct in pts with AKI/ESRD should not be measured”

A dying culture invariably exhibits personal rudeness. Bad manners. Lack of consideration for others in minor matters. A loss of politeness, of gentle manners, is more significant than is a riot.

Ted Turner is one of the prime architects in the fall of the US. With 24/7 news there was a need to entertain viewers to keep them engaged. Clickbait and commentary became the stars and actual news was secondary.
