If you think a 50yr mortgage is better than a 30yr or 15 yr, do you also think 1/50 is more than 1/30. Seems like a correlation but maybe it’s actually causation.

I remember when the #canes hadn’t won in MSG in like 100 years.
One year I was even in the city and the canes were there and I couldn’t go. But it makes every win up there sweeter right now.
And I was able to sync Mike and Tripp to the TNT broadcast.
