I'm not seeing it in my app (Pocket Casts), any problems with the feed?

Absolutely, I can imagine. I tried doing a little research into how the death of Diana played out off camera, but it's tricky after such a long time (plus, unlike the more recent Cat 1 obits, there isn't uninterrupted footage easily available).

I'd love to read experiences of what it was like being on shift that day, and likewise other Cat 1 obits, but I imagine there's not much appetite/ability to talk about too much of the detail
