I finished some handspun! Finished the singles awhile ago and was conflicted on whether to ply them on each other or together. I originally wanted to make the rock it tee and stipe the colors but then thought they went together so I could just ply and not faff with striping.

Can’t stop. Won’t stop. I knit this in a week! This is the Tolsta Tee knit in Knit Picks Cotlin. One of my favorite tops I’ve knit! #handlnit

I haven’t knit socks in awhile but after finishing so many sweaters- socks were just what I needed. Here’s my socktober socks - yarn is Freckled whimsy in the 4th Halloween club color “home sweet haunted home”. Pattern is By the Seine River by Dona Knits. #handknit #socks #socktober
After finishing the languishing sweaters-what else should one do but cast on another!!!! This is the recalibrate sweater by Shana Cohen. The yarn is all handspun by me. The main colors are three waters farm in their 2025 TdF colors. The darker is Frabjous Fibers. #handspun #handknit

I finally finished my @threewatersfarm.bsky.social tour de fleece 2025 colors. This is Slipstreams Pull and Pulling Purple. I spun them end to end and chain plied. These are going to be my main colors for a handspun Recalibrate.

#tourdefleece2025 has come to a close today. I spun 9 little skeins. See my “before” and after ;). This includes a spin along, spinning from a class at SSK, the spun fiber from the fiber pool at SSK and a couple other spins from my Advent in 2023. In total it was about 17 ounces - over a pound!

I finished spinning the plies for my opposing ply sock yarn for the PLY guild spin along. I had time to ply them today and boy is this yarn interesting! It feels so wrong when it is just a bunch of noodles coming off of the Knitty Noddy but I’m trusting the process and about to give them a bath.

Day 2 #tourdefleece2025 results. I finished the 2oz of Polwarth and Andean plied it. I got 64g and 172 yds (pre-wash).

I finally finished my #sockmadness round 3 socks. I didn’t not finish fast enough to advance to the next round. Love these socks! The arches shape made the heel shape so interesting- see the photo without a blocker #knitting #socks

I have been approved for round 2 of #sockmadness! Very interesting construction. The entire sock is knit flat except the toe. Not my favorite as I hate purling but I do love the socks! #sockknitting #sock

I have my first sock finished! It’s a little tight but I was worried after so many people said these socks were huge. #sockmadness And I found a great hack to fix the messy join (which I will do after submitting). The sock madness community is fantastic!

I’ve qualified for this years sock madness! What an interesting pattern. I’ve only ever done socks one after the other on my CSM. Fairly happy with these. Pattern is Conjoined Sock Twins and I used Trekking sport yarn. #sockmadness #sockknitting #socks #knitting
