It's good to see cables come back into 'fashion'. When I started knitting in the 1970s cables were everywhere. I ♥️ cables and it's great I be able to put my cables needles to work again. 😊

I had a great time last night showing off the Cordsmith at my local knit & natter. Most are not on social media so haven't seen one before. They were very impressed just how easy and quick it was too use. It using it to create letters!

Happy to see you've found your way here. It's strange finding my way round somewhere new but this feels like a cross between Instagram and Threads. Though it's easier to find topics and people.

The book is a treasure with some really good patterns. It has dated though with no size inclusivity but I have made a few things from the book as I rarely knit anything from most books.

Amazing cable work. It's lovely to see great cables as not many knitters do cables these days. I think I'm showing my age😂😂.

Could you do a completely red handled Cordsmith? I just love red. I have several in different colours and I know that colour makes no difference to results in use but it would make me 😊.
