Queer mom, former midwife, former vaccine policy editor, now I work in sexual and repro health, low key make art, garden and share factual science. I’m ok wearing a mask forever and getting boosters if it keeps my family healthy.
The garden looks great. I love the orange tulips with that orange shrub. Anyone know what that shrub is called? I might want one.

I have the CanImmunize app and have found it hard to get started with. I think it needs to be better integrated into the health records system. But health records systems in Canada are famously non integrated.

You know, instead of these endless pieces like “look at these individuals still masking” they could write about why it is America returned to normal without any policy changes to protect people from COVID in their communities and in their workplaces.

But neoliberalism eschews policy solutions.

I heard there was a secret ooze
It turned four turtles into dudes
But you don't really care for pizza, do ya?

They fought like this,
Two swords, a stick
A couple sai
Some nunchuck tricks
Those Ninja boys-a callin

Did anyone bring up issues of shadeism, anti-Black racism in non-white ethnic groups, etc?
I agree that racism is largely about reinforcing white supremacy, but I think there are nuances there when racial bigotry is occurring within and between non-caucasian ethnic groups.

Done the project in 20 minutes. Happy that I prevented some food waste.
I didn’t bother water-processing the jam since it’ll live in the fridge and we’ll eat most of it up before it can spoil on us. Well, the family will. I’m more of a jam maker than an eater.
