My first attempt at a thump mat knot in paracord. I think I overtighit somewhat but I’m happy with it for a first attempt.

Tonight’s work was tying double snake knot zip pulls in 13 different colours. Loops are approximately 6cm long. £1.50 each or 6 for £5 plus shipping and packaging at cost.

My next experimental project with sticky fuzzy yarn is beamed onto the loom and I’ve started threading. I’m using a few different patterns to decide what to use to make this a really special scarf. I can’t wait to see how it turns out.

I have had my loom for a few years but haven’t done any weaving for a variety of reasons. I chose a really difficult pattern because I wanted to prove to myself that I could.
