I found that I really enjoyed photography and this encouraged me to go out walking more frequently and to look for places and people I hadn't seen before.

Downtown Tacoma is also a favorite spot of mine to walk around. This city is full of wonderful, interesting people and the downtown area is a great place for photos.

The local waterfront and fishing pier became a favorite spot as there always seemed to be something interesting to photograph.

I started walking around with the X-T1 just after new years 2025, suddenly feeling very overwhelmed with what seemed like way too many buttons and dials and options but doing my best to manage.
