right... so, in the context of this thread about anarchy and hostility towards other humans, the best you can do is look towards the ethical and philosophical principles presented by that religion, bc any actually existing religion or government is going to include violence bc it's made of humans

I've never heard a description of an anarchist society that effectively grapples with those realities, and unfortunately are wholly susceptible to being hijacked by bad actors. it's society-by-norms, and we've seen how overreliance on norms goes when evil people grasp at the levers of power

the Heart Sutra lists these paradoxes, e.g. a world free of ignorance and free of the extinguishment of ignorance. it's an acceptance that, in the fullness of life, you have to accept everything that comes with it. in pursuing one extreme, we give rise of the other extreme, and vice versa

it's not obvious what is going to get through to the majority, so it makes sense that it has to be a multi-axis assault on Trump's popularity. in the end, I think the most important thing was they didn't give up on the shutdown until after elections
