Thank you for your late night posts! You seem to be a night owl. Have you heard of delayed sleep phase? It's a variation in circadian rhythm, often with a genetic cause; people with delayed sleep phase are wide awake much later than most people, naturally fall asleep later and sleep into late a.m.
