Mortal Kombat 11 is legendary. It’s so upsetting to see this game constantly be referenced in the MK1 story but have it be unplayable

Graphical updates like this are all the rage now. Just to the same thing as Naughty Dog with The Last of Us Part 1. Mk9 is older than the original TLOU so why doesn’t it have a remaster?

This wouldn’t even be that hard either. Every character in this game has gotten a new model for MK1 or MK11. Nearly single location has an updated version, and NRS still uses the same game engine.

This is because of the contracts for the guest character: Freddy Kruger (from The Nightmare on Elm Street franchise) reverted back to the Wes Craven estate 5 years ago and NRS lost the rights to the character.

If you got into the Mortal Kombat Games with the NRS series, like me, then this was probably your first entry into the series. If it was, when was the last time you played it? Years? That’s because it’s delisted from every store platform. You can no longer legally buy this game.
