Totally understand. After a life of anxiety, depression, not trying hard enough, or being able to fit in, I was diagnosed and released from feeling like a total failure. Glad you finally got your diagnosis 😊

I have experienced a bit of this in a past job (life?). Sometimes it was the department manager who just wanted a solution (quickly and cheaply) without thought to any context or consequences.
