CQE researcher and DEQ- @istecnico.bsky.social Professor João Salvador Fernandes was elected to the Board of Administrators of the European Federation of Corrosion (EFC) for the 2026–2028 term.

🎓 CQE member Andreia Bento Oliveira defended her doctoral thesis titled “Tackling fungal resistance with new ketoconazole derivatives targeting plasma membrane sphingolipids” on April 14 at @cienciasulisboa.bsky.social. The thesis was supervised by Rodrigo F. M. de Almeida from CQE/FCUL.
