Statement from the California District of CPUSA on ICE raids in Southern California

The people of Los Angeles say NO to ICE raids and military occupations of our streets! Stop the deportations!

The recently renamed Richard Castro Jr. Club of Southeast Los Angeles, Communist Party USA (CPUSA), joined over a dozen organizations to rally for the “Southeast LA Grand March”

We joined the new Community Self-Defense Coalition in Los Angeles. Over a thousand people and over 60 organizations came together with the community to fight back against fascism. The people united can never be defeated!

Now, more than ever, we must remember the history of the Black liberation struggle as one instructive for our fight today against fascism, imperialism, and the capitalist racism at the root of them both.

We call on all those who value democracy, human rights, and human decency to join together and pressure the U.S. government to end its support for the criminal actions of the Israeli government.

Learn about the importance of the youth in politics and revolution! And get involved with the resurgent Young Communist League!

Defeating fascism will require all of society to be activated against it, and that most includes those who will have to inherit society in the future!
