100%, I always like to work around scientific names when naming animal-like characters. Maybe I’ll use that name for an ape-like NPC for my next DnD game lol.

I’m so sorry you have to deal with this. My old cat Scooter couldn’t come with us as well; his dementia likely would’ve caused him to die from the stress. It was a terrible day when we laid him to rest, but he was quiet the whole time, as if he knew it was time.
I pray that Mia can sleep well.
