I find it interesting that Conclave and Wake Up Dead Man take a similar approach to Catholicism, in that they both ask the question, “Which way, Western Church?”

It’s always disappointing how bad Hinge’s “Most Compatible” feature is at recommending people I would be interested in. It’s like the algorithm doesn’t even know who I am… so sad.

When you’re born in a prison, it’s hard to see the walls and guards. But once you realise the truth, why would you not try to escape? Why would you continue to live your life as normal, pretending you still can’t see?

One great improvement that Silksong has over Hollow Knight is that it passes the Bechdel Test. I guess when you have a mute protagonist, it’s pretty hard to pass it, but still.

Now that I’ve finally 100% completed Silksong, I can finally ask: did they ever really explain what the deal with all of the bells was? I get that it has some religious significance, but… I don’t really get it. Anyway, loved the game to bits.
