laravel is truly changing my mindset, I'm slowly accepting the fact that most of the time, you don't need a complex frontend framework to get the job done, and it will most likely only hinder or slow down the process of building a web application.

Google's Material Design is not a bad design system, it's pretty, but the reason people hate it is because it is used everywhere; same goes with bootstrap where back then it was the default style system for almost all websites.
