I don’t think these people understand that it doesn’t prohibit building it. It just prohibits requiring it. More than enough parking for these suburbs will still get built in the suburbs.

Is the point to turn a profit? The point is to provide housing. It’s subsidized by taxes so, imo, it shouldn’t even be allowed to turn a profit.

I don’t want 7 billion private jets. I want 7 billion people to all have housing, food, clean water, healthcare, and the ability to enjoy life instead of just working until they die. That shouldn’t be controversial.

I’m a huge deep dish fan but i don’t really like any of the national chain places’ deep dish. They’re like real deep dish in shape only.

Real rich people of the past built beautiful buildings, churches, plazas, subway systems, and funded the majority of Renaissance artists to show off their wealth instead of just hoarding it. I’d take that over what we have now.
