New study on global digital gender gaps 🧔‍♂️👩📱🌐:

It finds that in low- and middle-income countries

- women are 9% less likely to use the 🌐
- 8% less likely to own a 📱 than men

( ~320 million fewer women 🌐 and ~190 million fewer women with 📱)

The dual-earner model means women are often delaying having children from their 20s to their 30s, which can lead to fewer births or not having as many children as they would've liked. The key is more gender parity in relationships.
