Got a special request to make a hat for one of the kiddos I nanny. 🥰 Really pleased with how it came out. Need to figure out how to make the brim have a smoother/rounder edge. The increases were staggered but it still stacked weird and made slight angles.

Phew! I’m done! I really thought I could fudge the stitch count on the squares. 🤣 But I think it came out nice! Plus I made a doll sized blanket and bottle for the older sibling. 🥰 They are very into taking care of babies rn. #crochet #BabyBlanket

Added the beginnings of a border and did a 2nd round of blocking. Had to defend this from the younger cat. #crochet #crochetWIP

I had a busy weekend and all the squares are done!!! Blocking the last few tonight and weaving in the ends tomorrow. Soon, a blanket will form!!

Here is the current square I’m working on. For some reason I thought now would be a good time to try a new style that weaves 2 colors together intricately. 😵💫 This will take me a good week to do unless I find a solid few hours to really work on it more than 1 round at a time.
