4 weeks done. There's been a weird mix of steps forward and some massive steps backward. I know progress isn't linear but damn I hate this feeling.

I'm up to 15 mg Lexapro. I had been on 10 mg for 9 years. I was extremely hesitant about increasing my dose, but damn it's actually working. At this rate I'll definitely end up in a "wellness camp" #medication #ssri #lexapro #depression

Individual therapy today with my long term therapist. Lots of tears. Did some deep breathing with my Finch and then went on a very long walk for a coffee. #therapy

First post! Just to say reminder to self: don't take cold meds and then try to go shopping at Target. I felt like I was walking thru a dream. Probably shouldn't drive either.
