This is the thing about conversations like this. Access to proper healthcare is an issue, but sometimes it becomes a copout. Research holistic treatments. Browse online for shadow journals. Search for self-regulation skills on YouTube. Do something, anything. As this person said, TRY.
Stop responding to this with "but it's hard to get healthcare." I KNOW. That's not the problem this post is addressing. Do what you can, but try.
