In the spirit of solutions, can I ask if anyone would be opposed to a Qatari investment if, under the football charter it also meant 1/3 fan ownership with voting rights, 1/3 Qatari ownership and 1/3 ENIC ownership? And also 4% of all footballing transactions went into a Grassroots, UK football pot?

Apathy = Significant player exchange (resulting in new player relationships - player&fan, player/player) + Horrendous Injuries (avg. 8) + Highest fan prices + 2008 increasingly further away + Moral & ethical ownership/finance +hostility+VAR+media bias +delusion.

If the game is to continue to incorporate the Video ‘Assistance’ Refereeing model, then very simply, we need to have 2 x 30 or 35-minute halves (open to the data) and a match timer that starts and stops when the ball is in play.
