I’ve come to the conclusion that if you want - you will do. I think I’ve put myself in a certain box thinking that I need my arms to make stuff with. I mean I do, but only because I’ve been used to doing it like that.

I’ve been trying my left hand out , and honestly, not bad .

It is my biggest fear, to injure my hands;
For all my emotional outlets are “hand jobs (🤠)” - art and playing instruments.
So overall it’s been great exposure therapy to get over my fear 🧌
