Corelle CAN break. We know it can, but so seldom does. But here it is, proof! Luckily it broke on the counter and not on the floor, it's much easier to clean up here!

I went to a car show yesterday and showed my father's #1960Car #Volvo #PV544. We didn't place, but I had a great time, met a lot of nice people, and used my #PolaroidBigSwinger to shoot some of my last #FujiFilm #FP3000B #InstantFilm! This car is my #VintageVolvo.

We've done the planting of the summer flowers for today, the first warm day of sun in a week. A nice traditional Memorial Day of tinkering around the house, like my father used to.
Now it's time for a gin & tonic in a modern #GayFad glass! (See how warm it is!!!?!?)

I bought this in 2019 to clean up and resell. And in May 2025, I DID clean it up! Now, can I resell this awesome #VintageFireKing #CandleWarmer server??? Even the glass candle holder is marked #FireKing!!! Soon to be listed in my #EbayShop at www.coxretros.com!

I can't help buying Georgian-styled glasses, even when they are in the most ridiculous condition. Really, do I think I can sell these? I photographed them last night and now looking at them, I don't know what I was thinking! These will be in my yard sale this summer!!! (Or buy them here - $10!!)

Yesterday was the last warm day for at least a week, so I parked myself on the deck for most of the day to do my work. I FINALLY got my #CopperWireRules telephone service back-it'd been out for 12 days! So, with a cocktail in my amber #LibbeyTempo tankard and my donut phone, I got to work!

I use "I might find some Pyrex covers" as an excuse to go thrifting. I have PLENTY of #VintagePyrex to keep me busy, so I really don't need to shop. But I still go, just in case I find a cover. And whaddya know-I DID find the coveted #470C covers! 2- and in perfect condition, though very grody!!
