Resuming normal morning regime litter picking on the beach after my Scottish travels 17 bits of plastic & tin, rain soaked but exhilarating sea swim, daily 3 miler run readying for upcoming #GreatNorthRun. Almost at my MH charity RETHINK Target 🏃🏼♂️🏃🏼♂️🤩

Resuming normal morning regime litter picking on the beach after my Scottish travels 17 bits of plastic & tin, rain soaked but exhilarating sea swim, daily 3 miler run readying for upcoming #GreatNorthRun. Almost at my MH charity RETHINK Target 🏃🏼♂️🏃🏼♂️🤩
Pleased to report another #halfmarathon completed - my 88th in fact🏃🏼♂️😇 with delayed start adjustment finished in just over 2hrs so I’m happy with that. #GreatNorthRun in just over 2 wks my 37th #GNR 🥳
