Progress shorts of some art journaling I'm working thru.
I glued the letter down and covered it with Daniel Smith watercolor ground in white. Then came pencil, pen, and watercolor work. Next up is colored pencil, more watercolor, and maybe some paint markers!

A whole pattern repeat in here. While the sunlight is washing the picture out, if you look closely you can see interlocking rings. The pattern is "whig rose" from the green book, 2nd variant.
