I got back on antidepressants this year and started going back to therapy. It helps some, and luckily it does help me tune out some of the spiraling 😅

This is literally me. I find myself reading posts about TS and thinking "who cares? Our country is in shambles." I wasn't excited for the cardigan, for RSD, for the news about TS12 that we heard today. I'm just numb and things that would've made me so happy one year ago don't feel like they matter.

I didn't withdrawal from the same substances, but when i was quitting a previous antidepressant I had bad withdrawal symptoms and as woowoo as it sounds... a lot of meditation. And cool showers. So proud of him ❤️

This is so well put. I loved that in college, you're choosing what you're interested in, and the instructor teaching it is also passionate about that thing. They want you to succeed so they are happy to help you along the way!
