I’m also not gonna say you’re required to have empathy for them, cause I don’t think you are.
I’m just not gonna derive joy from the misery and suffering of the working class who’ve misplaced their anger instead of directing it at the true source of suffering: the oligarchy.

I think it’s complicated. Because should I have sympathy for “gleeful” Kamala Harris voters who voted for the Vice President of an administration that architected the genocide of my people?
My answer is that I’ll never want bad things to happen to ordinary citizens.

Meh…I don’t really think liberals or people who consider themselves on the “Left” should be demonstrating joy derived from the suffering of others.
Even if they are trump supporters or whatever, I think it’s a tragedy to see somebody struggling due to federal inaction or cost of living increases.
