On the other side; I discovered hot yoga and have been obsessed with that. Did 50 classes in three months time. Helped with the grief. Also helped with the news, the job, the bf situation. Very therapeutic.

Yes the situation with the Americans is a bit surreal. Let’s just hope we are being trolled into madness as opposed to being invaded for our water (and maple syrup?) 🙄
I lost my dog earlier this winter, so that’s been shitty. Had had Willow by my side for 16 yrs — I miss her ☹️
