Oooooh it's one of my fav topics. They are so scared to be cringe and low-key it's justified because they're the first generation growing up solely within a digital footprint. And they are aware that anything that's posted online might be used against them. Therefore they are terrified to be silly

The funny thing is that I started painting in watercolor again after 4 years so now in my phone folder this taylor is right on top of my watercolor katya and they do have very similar vibes

Apparently they sometimes work better when a little bit dull? Idk, my gf uses primarily colored pencils or markers, I'm more into graphite or watercolor. Occasionally digital art as well
