Use a finger roll for lobster. It’s like a hot dog roll, but cut on the side. A real hot dog roll is cut on top, and the rolls need to be pulled apart. Too many people put hot dogs in finger rolls. A lobster submarine would be way too expensive, but lobster in a finger roll would be manageable.

Or you don’t have a ladder.
