Currently obsessed with this Victorian wax seal fob. The falcon has sapphires for eyes and the smoky quartz seal on the bottom has a carving of a bird flying out of a cage and the motto “how sweet is liberty”

Chopped up the leftover chicken and fennel and made a big pie for dinner tonight—added leeks, celery, carrots, peas and potatoes. It was so good!

Fennel, coriander, tarragon and orange zest rubbed chicken—marinated for 24 hours and roasted with shallots, fennel, and oranges. I’m going to make some sort of chicken and fennel pot pie with the scraps tonight 😈
