Game Dev Update! Late last week I continued expanding upon the platformer game I am learning to build.

I added an enemy to the game that the player can interact with!

This was a big milestone in the project and it’s starting to look like a platformer game!

Game Dev Update: Last week I was able to continue improving on the platformer vertical slice I am building.

I added multiple levels and a spike floor that causes the level to reset if you land on it.

Hopefully next week I’ll have an enemy and health system!

There's been a little delay since my last game dev post, work, and life have been busy.

I did want to share an update I was able to add a simple start menu before loading into our vertical slice level.

After reinstalling OBS I decided to get rid of the overall templates that I was using and make new overlays that match for both Twitch and TikTok.
