With the simultaneous release of Starlight and Dark Dreams and Weavers of the Light, my cosmic fantasy quartet, Sparrow's Guide to Arcane Bacra, is complete!

I did it! Sparrow's Guide to Arcane Bacra is now my third completed series! I sent both Starlight and Dark Dreams and Weavers of the Light into the review limbos earlier, so they'll escape into the various wilds over the next couple days.

All 4 of them! Sparrow's Guide to Arcane Bacra is kind of a genre mashup of cosmic/existential horror and non-medieval high fantasy. Kinda clockpunk, some sarcastic dragons, and an AuDHD enchanter MC. I'll give you a head start on reading the first 2. Second 2 will be out shortly & simultaneously.

I have tangible proofs of my newest babies. Starlight and Dark Dreams and Weavers of the Light make up the second half of the Sparrow's Guide to Arcane Bacra quartet. Once I proofread and format an ebook version, I can release my third completed series into the wild.

I was at an antique store earlier and found this book. The spine says "Autobiography of Benjamin Franklin ", but the book itself is Rubáiyát of Omar Khayyám. The binding is old, so whoever changed the cover did it a long time ago. Wondering why gives me ideas. Must finish writing this book first...

I found out this morning that my ten year old has been befriending neighborhood crows. Good, child, build those alliances. Crows teach their children which people are friends and which deserve grudges. Stay in their favor and they will reward you with shinies and an interesting reputation.

Snow. Finally. First of the season, aside from some mixed precipitation yesterday.

The cat is indoor-only but she snuck outside to investigate. She won't touch grass so she doesn't leave the concrete if she escapes.

I took a risk yesterday by having steroid injections in my wrists because my right hand/wrist has been in constant pain for months and my left (already decompressed) got worse after the car crash. Trying to avoid surgery like I did with my torn finger ligament.
