After visiting NYC and Chicago and relying on their trains, I would heartily take that over my $500/month car payment. I loved their subways even if they stink of piss in the summer (the train platform not the train itself)

My city (Arlington TX) is so anti-public transit that the only form they offer is Via, a lower cost Uber pool solution. No buses, no trains, nothing else. All train stops in the area are in different municipalities that aren’t Arlington. If public transit was an option I would do it everyday :(
