If you have a plan set, I find it helps with going through an uncomfortable situation amd gives you a feeling of confidence and control of the situation.

To yourself and not have to worry about work. If all of those things are taken care of, then I would focus next on the actual coming out. Where are your parents most comfortable? What about you? Will you do it alone or with your partner? I find it's best to make a plan. I wish nothing but the best!❤️

I always say, with a big decision like this, prepare for the worst and hope for the best. Are they providing shelter or money? If so, would you be able to make accommodations if things go south? Also, I would plan to do it on a day that you don't have work the next day, so you can have that time 1/
