To be fair from my understanding this movie was made in the time while the hollywood labor strikes were causing The Monkey to be delayed, since its an all (afaik) Canadian production. Because of these time constraints it might have been a bit of a rushed production.

I liked parts of it and felt it was interesting, but it was definitely a downgrade from the previous two in my opinion.

It doesn't take much to get him pissed off though
