I really love this app. As someone with endometriosis and depression it provides such a safe space to ease into a healthy lifestyle. I don’t have to worry about losing a streak since it encourages rest days. It gives me such a positive boost to know I did my best and there is no need to overdo it.

My husband and I play videogames almost everyday because age is just a number. Enjoy your Pokemon! I love Pikachu 🥰 I suffer from depression and anxiety and no, it’s not because I still play videogames 🎮
