We should all strive to react like this.

The definition of official acts will be, I'm hopeful, more limited than most fear.

A good primer. :):

Presidential "conclusive and preclusive constitutional authority" refers to core powers constitutionally assigned solely to the President (like pardons or command of the military), this immunity shouldn't cover unofficial acts where power is shared with Congress, etc.
December 31, 2025 at 3:15 AM
Sort of like all governments who can't be sued due to sovereign immunity, yes. However, I'm hopeful that grouping of allowed acts in his exclusive overview, so to speak, will be more limited than I fear.
December 31, 2025 at 3:12 AM
Law is out on what that is, and I hope it is much more limited than my fear says it will be. 🤷🏻‍♂️
December 31, 2025 at 3:10 AM
Maybe more is needed if you aren't familiar with the case... My apologies.

The Supreme Court said presidents have broad criminal immunity for "official acts" but no immunity for "unofficial acts." Official acts are those where the President has "conclusive and preclusive constitutional authority."🤷🏻‍♂️
December 31, 2025 at 3:09 AM
Sure. The SC didn't say he could commit any crime with impunity.
December 31, 2025 at 3:05 AM
Just to be clear, that is not what the SC said, thank goodness. They have given him more space than I would have, for sure, but it isn't "any crime."

Vranyo (враньё)... 🤷🏻‍♂️🤣

Suggest one? 🤷🏻‍♂️🤣

Sincerity or sarcasm? I mean, I don't agree with my wife or kids 100% of the time (or anyone else), and I'm fine with that. The typed word doesn't carry all of the signals, maybe just I need, to always tell the intent.🤷🏻‍♂️ :)

🤣 well played. 👏🏻

Nice. A thought? How about a study on AI accuracy in your field? By AI engine or a few? ;)

I'd be interested in knowing if there were certain fields where AI was more accurate than others.

AI can be a good tool. I don't use it as I don't have a local AI on my hardware, and the others store data.
