To a point you're preaching to the choir. I guess the point I'm trying to make is how do we on this side of the isle get on the same page in the future and move the needle for the progress we hope to see? Voting for just one issue does not move us forward in any stretch of the imagination.

I get that but I guess my frustration is (if everyone is paying attention) why can't we look at which points we can agree on collectively and say let's place our vote/voice here. We don't have to cosign everything but the alternative is far worse if we are being honest with ourselves.

One issue that doesn't affect them directly. Whereas the other stuff like gas, groceries, abortion, health care outcomes or even your ability to buy other basic necessities should seem a bit more important. But idk I guess to each their own.
