Trauma survivors are busy just surviving growing up. We didn't have the bandwidth, guidance, or modeling to learn how to create meaning & enjoy life-- both of which involve skillsets most humans aren't born with.

This is my kitty Kintsugi. She has been battling CKD after an acute kidney injury from a medication she took after a horrific accident with a recliner left her with a hairline skull fracture. It's been a long 2 months, but she's been having many good days 💖
